The event will begin at 1 pm and run until 9 pm. The lineup for our event will be as follows:

Hog Maw: 1:30PM-3:00PM

2021 celebrates the 20th anniversary of the creation of this local blues legend.  Hog Maw’s sound combines the powerful vocals and instruments with the raw blues sound that ranges from the south side of Chicago to the northern hills of Mississippi.  The group gets its inspiration from acclaimed American blues artists including T. Bone Walker and Freddie King.  The audience will also hear the influences of the Allman Brothers and Lynyrd Skynyrd.  The band has been a regular at the WC Handy Blues and Barbeque Festival and Mojo’s Boneyard.

The band name came about when a band member first heard the term “hog maw” while watching the comedy Friday. After discovering that it meant a stuffed hog belly that was a soul food delight, everyone agreed. and the name stuck.

2 Miles Back: 3:30PM-5:00PM

A fixture at bars, clubs, and festivals across the tri-state, 2MB puts a decidedly bluesy spin on their tasty brand of southern rock, country jams and ballads. Charismatic singer Robin Bolin leads the charge with guitarist Lary Caddell, bassist Darrell Bolin and drummer Jim Perkins bringing the musical heat. Staying seated during a 2MB set is impossible.

Blues 4 U: 5:30PM-7:00PM

Blues 4 U is the only band to play at most of the WC Handy Blues and Barbeque Festival in Henderson, Kentucky.  This group features a Who’s Who of all-star area talent including Carl Rodenberg (keys, vocals), Jon Rochner (bass, vocals), Danny Erkman (drums), Tommy Stillwell (guitars, vocals), and Roy Carter (sax).   Besides bringing the rousing and raucous music to the stage as Blues 4 U, the members of this group play with other great bands throughout the Tri-Sate and beyond. Blues 4 U always brings the best in Blues to the stage.

Lady A has been a Pacific NW region favorite for over two decades. Nationally and internationally known, Lady A has a high energy show that will remind the audience of all the great ladies of blues, soul, and funk.
